Come Out Ye Black And TansThe famous Irish protest song "Come out ye, Black and Tans" has an original song; "Rosc Catha na Mumhan", which means "The Battlecry of Munster". The song originated as an Irish patriotic song written by the poet Piaras Mac Gearailt (1709-1792) during the former Seven Years' War. The song subsequently became popular among the Irish and was also crooned by the IRA.
