Transcript of the Interview with Fraze
The name's Fraze. People who know underground music, know of the mutherfuckin’ general. Leading a legion of corpses, to the mainstream and infesting it with the most hurrendous style of the original lost art possible.
I’M PROBABLY CURRENTLY deployed... As of ( END OF SEPT. 2007 ) fighting a conflict between politicians, laws, money, power and life. I'll be back sooner or later. I have been mastering the craft of hip-hop since I was 11 years old. Growing up in Richmond, VA I really never gave a fuck about school or nothing else other then music. After weighing the options in my life I joined the military. I will never forgot hip-hop music and I will always rep the underground!!! Fuck the mainstream bitch!
Dude, they give me all these damn boxes like I’m actually going to sit down and fill them all out. Holy Shit, for $14.95/Month, you can get additional boxes to make you type, aka tiring out your fingers, cuz you have to type a damn paragraph... Psh..
I have no history, just a rendezvous with destiny.

Keep comin’ out wit yo songs dog they sick wit it on some real. Also thanks for servin’ in the military, Dude, they give me all these damn boxes like I’m actually going to sit down and fill them all out. Holy Shit, for $14.95/Month, you can get additional boxes to make you type, aka tiring out your fingers, cuz you have to type a damn paragraph... Psh..

Greeting's earthling's, My Human Name is ' Nicholas ', but my Affiliates' call me ' Fraze ', it's super-human, you really would not understand so please do not ask me what the hell my name means.
Any-who, before I was interrupted by your rude ass, I have a natural love for music. I grew up, studying music, loving it, and trying to get better. My style is, 100% : Raw Underground hiphop Rap.
You know what annoys me, a lot? When I get into my Spaceship and hear all of these 'Boom Bap Bubblegum Snap Music', like does that shit make sense to anyone, or is it just me? My undying love for real hip-hop has put me at a point of vomiting everytime i hear that wack ass garbage people classify as music. Oh well, though... Can’t hate.. Well, yes I can, fuck YOU if you contributed to that mass of wackness.
Okay, so on with my 'band'. I’m the artist, the mastermind, the creator, the only member of my band. Willy Carson's the beat maker, along with other striving artist/producers out there... Too many to name.
I currently live in Oak Grove, KY, home of Fort Campbell (101st Air Assault Division ), serving in the United States Army as an Infantryman. I’m trying to get out of my contract, so MAIL ME A CHECK for $500,000 and maybe i can negotiate with them. Ive been to IRAQ for 15 months once, and im getting ready to deploy to Afghanistan for a year, so uhh... Send Quick.
I’m open with Artist and Producers, so hit me up: Ill record songs with you, featuring you, or even for you..
If you want too collab please email me here, or preferably : Whosfrazeman@yahoo.com
You can also catch me on aim when i have time, my s/n is: LFrizzy407
...Fraze… Why this name?
Read above, Genius. Jeeze, what a stupid ass question. That’s like asking me why is this planet's name Earth... I don’t know, nor do i care. Sooo, word.
Do you play live?
I’m in IRAQ. If the surroundings are dope, good music & drinks going on, ill perform free.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
MP3 changed the music industry because everyone can do it. I don’t care if your the poorest person, Computers are cheap. Yet again, it made people lazy, now they don’t have to get off there ass and push CDS or tapes out of a trunk, all they have to do is upload it and its on from there.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would definetly connect with a major label, but let's make something clear. Artist control is a must, I’m not going to rap about the topic's people give me. I want to be able to control at least my album, and what i write about. It's not even for the money that i would do it, i could give a rat's ass about cash, i love fans, and i love the people who supported me before a major deal would come about.
Your influences?
I’m more into underground music, real niggas who spit truth and philosophy. I dont hate every artist, but i do hate every artist who thinks he has to talk about flossing, cars, rims, weapons, chains.. to get a fuckin’ sale! nigga are you crazy, spit it from the heart!!! Keep realhiphop alive. Preserve what’s really good!
